The Cascade Syrup
The Cascade is a small-batch cascara and lemon syrup made in Portland, Oregon. Cascara is the dried fruit of the coffee cherry — the part of the plant that surrounds the bean — and it tastes nothing like coffee. Expect tart cherry, rosehip, lemon, and a subtle natural sweetness.
It's made from upcycled coffee fruit, which means every bottle diverts material from the waste stream and turns it into something worth drinking.
