Gavin grew up in the coffee industry and has spent years thinking about what happens to everything around the bean. The Cascade started with a simple question: what if the fruit the coffee bean comes from was worth drinking too?

Based in Portland, Oregon, Gavin launched Cascade Drink to bring cascara — the dried coffee cherry — to people who care about where their ingredients come from and want something genuinely different in their glass.
